Voice Chat State

So I started working on the voice chat. Do be honest I doubt that many people will use it, but whatever. I'll do it.
The hardest part I already did.
Made a website with:
- ability able to join public voice
- ability to join game lobby voice
- leader can mute/kick people from lobby voice
- players with no mic can join as listeners

Now I'll just have to use that for DUO (connect it all together), and create some cool UI/windows for the voice chats

Hopefully It'll be done within a month
